The second week of Rugby Super Series saw teams head to Nakuru with two mouth-watering clashes on the card at the Nakuru Athletic Club

The first game saw the Buffaloes claim their first win of the series after edging Rhinos 27-21. Wing Grifin Chao was instrumental for the Buffaloes as he scored two tries to inspire his team to victory.

His exploits saw him earn Man of the Match title with a MoTM shield.

In the second game, Cheetahs overcame Lions 18-16 in a wet Nakuru Athletic Club. Despite going down, Lions’ captain Obat Kuke managed to scoop the Man of the Match award. The powerful backrower also got a MoTM shield.

The Cheetahs have now climbed on top of the log after conjuring two wins from two. Lions slumped, they drop to the second position with the Buffaloes holding on to the third spot. Rhinos sit at the bottom of the standings.
