The pools for the 2026 Ruff N Tuff 7s have been unveiled ahead of the tournament set for Saturday, 11th July 2026, at the Ngong Racecourse.
Defending champions Strathmore Leos headline a competitive Pool A as they begin the defence of the title they claimed in last year’s edition. The students will face hosts Nondescripts RFC, Kenya Harlequin FC, and Blakblad RFC in what promises to be one of the tournament’s most competitive pools.

Pool B is equally stacked, featuring Mwamba RFC, Nakuru RFC, Impala RFC, and Daystar Falcons. All four sides will be targeting a place in the knockout rounds as they seek an early-season statement in one of Kenya’s premier invitational sevens tournaments.
The one-day tournament will be held at Ngong Racecourse on Saturday, 11th July 2026, with fans expected to witness a thrilling day of fast-paced sevens rugby as clubs fine-tune their squads ahead of the new season.
