The Juja Grounds will be the centre of thrilling rugby action this weekend as teams converge for the Juja 7s, scheduled for Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12.
The tournament has attracted 20 teams drawn into five pools, featuring a mix of Kenya Cup sides, university teams, and ambitious lower-tier clubs all eager to make their mark in one of the region’s most anticipated sevens competitions.
Pool A sees hosts JKUAT take on Kenyatta University (KU), MKU Thika, and Hawk in what promises to be a fiercely contested group.
Pool B comprises Zetech, Suburbs, Kiambu, and USIU, with every side expected to fancy its chances of progressing to the knockout stages.

Kenya Cup giants KCB RFC headline Pool C alongside Stallions, Makueni, and PBUEA. KCB will be among the favourites to challenge for the title but will be wary of determined opponents looking to cause an upset.
Pool D features CUEA, Machine, Homeboyz, and Gachie, with Homeboyz expected to bring their trademark attacking flair as they chase silverware.
Meanwhile, Menengai Oilers lead Pool E, where they will battle KCB Cubs, KCA, and Blizzards for a place in the quarter-finals.
