Mutua earns 1st Kabras RFC start ahead of Nakuru showdown

Kabras RFC have announced three changes to their squad ahead of the Kenya Cup match against Nakuru RFC at Kakamega Showground on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
In the front row, Eugene Sifuna replaces the unavailable Teddy Akala as hooker. Edward Mwaura and Ugandan International Asuman Mugerwa start as the day’s props.

Hillary Odhiambo earns a starting position in the second row, partnering with Brian Juma, last weekend’s hat-trick hero David Bunduki moves to the bench.

The back row remain unchanged, the trio of William Mwanji, Patrick Lumumba, and Jeanson Misoga retain their slots. Brian Tanga takes over the scrum-half position, pushing Barry Robinson to the bench.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

Ntabeni Dukisa continues as fly-half, with Walter Okoth and Bryceson Adaka remaining as centres. Brian Mutua earns his first season start in the left wing, Mathias Osimbo moves to the right wing.

Lamec Ambetsa retains the fullback position, and after a brace off the bench, Brian Mutua is granted his first-ever start of the season.

On the bench, Eric Cantona returns alongside Geoffrey Shitambasi. Kabras RFC will be aiming to maintain their dominance over Nakuru RFC in this upcoming match.
