The pools for the third leg of the 2026 National Sevens Circuit, the Kabeberi 7s, are now set following the conclusion of the second leg – Dala 7s in Kisumu last weekend, where Kabras Sugar RFC defeated Menengai Oilers 19-5 in the final to lift the title.
The tournament will be held on August 15–16 at the RFUEA Grounds in Nairobi as teams continue their quest for crucial circuit points.
Kabeberi 7s Pool A
Pool A pits Dala 7s fourth-place finishers Kenya Harlequins against Daystar Falcons, Kisumu RFC and invited side Impala Rugby. Harlequins head into the tournament full of confidence after their giant-killing run in Kisumu, where they knocked out defending Dala 7s champions KCB Rugby in the quarter-finals.
Pool B features hosts Mwamba RFC, Strathmore Leos, Nondescripts RFC and newly promoted CUEA Monks. Mwamba will be hoping to make home advantage count as they chase a first Kabeberi 7s title since 2019, while Monks return to Division One after winning the Dala 7s Division Two title.

Pool C sees Dala 7s runners-up Menengai Oilers drawn alongside Zetech Oaks, KU Blak Blad and invited side Mombasa Rugby. Oilers will be looking to bounce back from their defeat in the Dala 7s final. Mombasa head to their second leg National Sevens Circuit campaign after receiving an invitation.
Pool D promises to be the standout group, with Dala 7s champions Kabras Sugar RFC drawn against defending Kabeberi 7s champions KCB Rugby, MMUST Rugby and invited side Nakuru RFC.
Kabras are still searching for their first-ever Kabeberi 7s title, while KCB will be looking to defend the crown. MMUST also return to face the Bankers after holding them to a dramatic 19-19 draw during the Dala 7s pool stage, making the group one of the most competitive in the tournament.
