Catholic Monks Rugby Club has officially unveiled its 13-man squad for the 2026 Prinsloo 7s, set to take place on 25–26 July 2026.
The squad features a balanced mix of experienced campaigners and exciting talent as Catholic Monks look to make a strong statement at one of Kenya’s premier rugby sevens tournaments.

Hassan Wambani will captain the side as Catholic Monks heads into the tournament with a wealth of experience and continuity.
The squad retains several key players from last season, including Denis Mulinge, Samuel Owino, Patrick Vieri, Philip Walukhana, Isaac Kubasu, and Victor Omupere, whose experience and consistency are expected to play a crucial role in the team’s campaign.
Their return provides the side with a solid foundation as they seek a successful outing at this year’s competition.
