2023 Safari 7s pools, order of play

Pools and order of play for 2023 Safari 7s which is set to take place from 17th to 19th November 2023 at the RFUEA Grounds are out.

Defending champions Shujaa and 2021 losing finalists Germany are the seeds for the 2023 Safari Sevens. Shujaa headline pool A which also features, Red Wailers, Uganda, SA All Stars, and Tropic 7s while Germany headline pool B which features, Morans, Samurai, KCB, and Western Province.

Safari 7s women’s

The Lionesses headline the women’s competition which features Uganda, TUKS 7s, Cubs, and Tropic 7s.

On day one, Saturday 18th November 2023, Uganda women will clash against Tropic 7s starting at 8:30 a.m., while Lionesses will face TUKS 7s from 8:52 a.m.

Red Wailers will have a date with Tropic 7s men from 9:14 a.m. to 9:36 a.m. Uganda men will face SA All-Stars, Morans will play against Western Province men from 9:58 a.m., while Samurai will have a date with KCB at 10:20 a.m.

Cubs will play against Tuks women at 10:42 a.m., Uganda will clash with the Lionesses at 11:04 a.m. while the defending champions Shujaa will face SA All Stars at 11:46 a.m.

In the second round, Red Wailers will play against Uganda men at 12:08 p.m., followed by 2021 losing finalists Germany’s match against KCB at 12:30 pm, Morans will play against Samurai at 12:52 p.m., Lionesses will face Cubs at 1:14 pm, while Tuks will face Tropic 7s women at 1:36 pm.

Uganda men will have a date with Shujaa at 1:58 p.m., SA All-Stars will face Tropic 7s men at 2:20 pm, followed by Samurai and Germany men’s match at 2:42 pm, KCB will have a date with Western Province men at 3:04 pm.

At 3:46 pm, Tuks will face Uganda women, Tropic 7s will Play against Cubs women at 4:08 pm followed by SA All-Stars match against Red Wailers men at 4:30 pm, Tropic 7s will clash with the defending champions Shujaa at 3:04 pm.

KCB will have their match against Morans at 5:14 pm and day one will be closed by the Western Province match against Germany at 5:36 pm.
