Dream starts for Koyonzo, Vihiga in FEASSSA 7s, St Anthony upset Butula

Kenyan representatives Koyonzo high School, Vihiga high and St Anthony had an impressive start ina FEASSSA 7s and 15s games played in Huye, Rwanda.

National 7s champions Koyonzo completed a double over Kitondo who finished, fourth picking a 38-0 win in their pool game.

Siketa’s brace in FEASSSA

Jackson Siketa bagged a brace of tries while Maxwell Kipsang, Brandon Mulefu, Joseph Jibril had a try each in the win.

Fly-half Eric Simiyu contributed the most points in the match landing a try and banging in four conversion.

Vihiga High school had a dream start in the competition whipping St Mary’s Yala 35-0 and defeated GITISI 26-0 in second group stage match.

Ugandan sides Kiira and Jinja SS also picked wins in their matches.

In Rugby 15s, Kenyan champions had Butula had a disappointing start to the campaign as they lost 12-10 to Kenyan bronze winners St Anthony Kitale.

St Mary’s Kisubi picked a 13-7 win over Kings College.
