Kisumu RFC have advertised the Head Coach role ahead of the 2022/23 KRU Championship season.

The Club advertises states that all applications must be submitted on or before 24th July 2022 and should be addressed to the Chairman Kisumu Rugby football Club through the email address

World Rugby Coaching certificate

Applicants must have at least three years of coaching experience and a World Rugby Coaching certificate, ideally level two or above. In their personal and professional activities, they should also exhibit high ethical standards and integrity.

“The Management of Kisumu Rugby football Club desires to fill the position of the Head Coach. The Head Coach will be accountable to the management of Kisumu Rugby Club for the effective overall management
of the Kisumu Rugby Team,” reads part of the advert.

“The Head Coach will provide strategic leadership to the entire team and is the head of the technical bench. The
the appointed person will coach the team, on and off the field, to a standard of excellence, demonstrating a significant improvement over each annual period and enhancing the reputation of the Kisumu Rugby Club, the advert revealed.

Kisumu RFC will be hoping to better their performance as they play in the KRU Championship season. Last season they failed to sparkle and missed the playoffs.
