The pools for the 17th edition of the National 7s Circuit Prinsloo 7s have been confirmed ahead of the tournament set to take place on 25th and 26th July at the NAC Grounds in Nakuru County.
Sixteen teams have been drawn into four pools, with defending Kenya Cup champions Kabras Sugar headlining Pool A, while reigning circuit champions KCB Rugby will campaign from Pool C.
Pool A promises to be one of the most competitive groups, featuring Kabras Sugar, Kenya Harlequin, Mwamba RFC, and Embu RFC.
In Pool B, Prinsloo 7s holders Strathmore Leos will face university rivals Daystar Falcons, MMUST RFC, and Kisumu RFC.

Pool C sees circuit heavyweights KCB Rugby drawn alongside CUEA Monks, Nondescripts, and newly promoted NYS Spades who were Division 2 Champions.
Meanwhile, hosts Nakuru RFC headline a competitive Pool D that also includes neighbours Menengai Oilers, Impala RFC, and Blak Blad.
