The Kenya Rugby Union has confirmed the Division Two pools for the 17th edition of the Prinsloo 7s, set to take place on July 25 and 26 at the Nakuru Athletics Club (NAC) Grounds in Nakuru County.
The tournament, which opens the 2026 National 7s Circuit, will see 16 teams battle for top honours under the newly introduced Division Two format.
Unlike previous seasons, the competition has been streamlined to four pools of four teams each, with every match expected to be crucial in the race for the knockout stages.
Pool A features Makueni Ravens, KCA University, Kabarak University and NYS Scorpions.

In Pool B, Zetech Oaks headline a competitive group that also includes MKU Thika, Nandi Bears and UOE Trojans.
Pool C comprises Homeboyz Rugby, Northern Suburbs, Kitale Rugby and Egerton Wasps.
Meanwhile, Pool D brings together AP Warriors, Stallions Rugby, Eldopoly Community and Molo Rugby Club.
