JKUAT have named a 23-man squad ahead of their clash against Homeboyz, with co-captains Houstone Omondi and Masinga Ooko set to lead from the front.

The backline features key playmakers Mike Makau at scrum-half and experienced Smith Muhoya pulling the strings at fly-half.

The midfield pairing of Jeff Ojouk and Godfrey Namamba will be tasked with breaking the Homeboyz defensive line.

Out wide, Karl Omito and Erick Muru provide pace and finishing ability with Davies Masinga at full back. Emmanuel Okoth, Philip Macharia and Isaac Wekulo anchor the forward pack alongside co-captain Houstone Omondi and Janai Elias in the second row.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

In the loose forwards, Powell Otolo, Shaddy Odhiambo, and Clyde Nyayoto will be crucial at the breakdown and in open play as JKUAT look to assert dominance upfront.

The bench offers depth and impact, with Bonke Mwangi, Evans Baraka, and Victor Muriera expected to provide fresh energy in the forwards, while Sammy Ochieng and Philip Wekesa add versatility in the backline.

JKUAT will be aiming for a strong performance against a competitive Homeboyz side, with a win set to send them to Kenya Cup.
