Catholic Monks have unveiled a strong matchday squad ahead of their high-stakes semi-final clash against Mwamba Rugby Club in the KRU Championship encounter, scheduled for April 18 at the Goan Institute Grounds.
Monks head into the fixture with a well-structured starting XV, captained by Wambani Osundwa, who will lead from the on the wing.
Roy Jakinda slots in at prop, while Jeremy Odhiambo and Wycliffe Ayieko join him to anchor the front row. The pack is further reinforced by Teddie Owino, Isaack Kubasu in the second row. Meshack Opagala, Joshua Ongeri and Ian Bakari are in the back row.
In the backline, Zephenes Obwanga takes charge at scrum-half, pairing with Kevin Mburu at fly-half to dictate play.

The midfield combination of Patrick Vieri and Victor Omupere is joined by Reagan Morgan and Brian Nyamboki offer attacking threat out wide.
The bench presents valuable depth for the Monks, with Emmanuel Adoyo, Elly Okomo, and Max Barasa among those expected to make an impact. Nyongesa Wekesa, Felix Okumu, Samuel Owino, Timothy Ochieng, and Philip Walukana complete the matchday 23.
