Eight-time Kenya Cup Champions, KCB Rugby, will be seeking to start the year on a high as they welcome Mwamba RFC at the KCB Sports Club

All eyes will be on the Nakuru derby pitting  Nakuru RFC and Menengai Oilers which will highlight the weekend’s Kenya Cup action. The match will be staged at the Nakuru Athletics Club.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

Oilers will be looking to continue from where they left before the festive break where they were flying and  sit on 15 points at the fourth position at the moment.

Nakuru, on the other hand, have only managed one win in their three encounters. Gibson Weru charges last met Nakuru RFC on 7 January 2023, and they they defeated Nakuru 25-18 at the Nakuru Showground. They have however lost their previous three visits to NAC.

At the Madaraka grounds a thrilling encounter awaits as Strathmore Leos take on Kenya Harlequins. Kisumu RFC are slated to face off with Kenyatta University’s Blak Blad at the Mamboleo stadium.

Bottom-placed Catholic monks will be seeking to redeem themselves as they face eighth-placed Nondescripts Rfc in a match to be staged at the CUEA grounds in Karen.
