Kisumu RFC have officially announced their 13-man squad for the 2026 Prinsloo 7s, which will be held on 25–26 July at the Nakuru Athletics Club.

The Bravehearts have named a balanced squad as they prepare for the opening leg of the 2026 National Sevens Circuit, with a mix of experienced campaigners and emerging talent expected to spearhead the club’s ambitions.

Leading the side is John Hayo, who has been appointed captain.

Hayo brings a wealth of experience to the squad, having previously enjoyed a successful spell with Kabras RFC a Kenya cup five times Champions.

His leadership and winning mentality are expected to be instrumental as Kisumu RFC seek a strong start to the sevens season.
