JKUAT Cougars have unveiled their matchday squad ahead of their encounter against NYS Spades as they look to continue building momentum in the competition.
Philip Macharia anchors the front row alongside Bonkke Mwangi and Victor Mureira. The second row pairing features Bosire Derrick and Houstone Omondi, who also takes on co-captain duties. Powell Otolo, Robert Manyara and Israel Mathew complete the back row.
Edwin Mageto starts at scrum-half with Smith Muhoya directing play from fly-half. The backline sees Karl Omitto and Jeff Ojuok combine in midfield, while Zaddock Muia and Masinga Ooko, the latter also co-captain, line up on the wings. Namamba Godfrey starts at fullback.

The Cougars have named a strong bench, with Laban Einstein, Roy Ndungu and Liyala Elias Janai providing front-row and forward cover alongside Clyde Nyayoto, Mikey Makau and Eric Muru. Sammuel Waweru and Fanuel Indeche offer options in the backline.
Off the field, the team management is led by head coach Brighton Mbaya, with Andrew Muthiani serving as team manager. The medical department is headed by Francis Mutinda, assisted by physiotherapists Fanny Atieno, Lizzy Otieno, Lisa Aketch and Elsie Liz.
