The semi-final pairings for the Africa Men’s 7s second leg competition in Mauritius are now complete after the quarterfinal stage played on Sunday morning.
Once again, Kenya Morans find themselves in the fifth place semis after being bundled out of the Cup quarters.
Kenya Morans loss in Africa Men’s 7s
Louis Kisia’s charges lost to the Zimbabwe Cheetahs courtesy of a last-minute try, resulting in a 10-7 scoreline. With Zimbabwe having completed a double over Kenya in Mauritius, the Morans have booked a date with Zambia at 11:29 EAT.
In the first fifth-place semi-final, Tunisia will face Burkina Faso.

In the Cup semis, South Africa will compete against last weekend’s finalists, Madagascar. Last weekend’s champions, Uganda, will face the Zimbabwe Cheetahs.
Uganda advanced to the semi-finals by eliminating Zambia with a 32-0 win, featuring scores from Aaron Ofoywroth, Timoth Kisiga, Norbert Okeny, and Alex Aturinda.
