Kenya Rugby Union transfer window swings open ahead of the 2024/25 season

Kenya Rugby Union have announced the opening of the transfer window ahead of the 2024/25 Rugby season.

According to the KRU statement, clubs have been notified that the transfer window is open from the 10th of June to the 14th of July 2024 following the closure of the season after the Enterprise Cup finals.

“As we transition to the new season, we would like to notify all clubs that the transfer window for the 2024/25 season will officially OPEN on the 10th of June 2024 and will CLOSE on the 14th of July 2024,” the statement stated.

Within the stipulated time, clubs are reminded that no player will be allowed to participate in the 2024/25 season if they are not duly and effectively registered within the set dates.

“Clubs are strongly advised to make use of this window to complete all transfer activities within this period to ensure compliance and avoid any issues in the upcoming 2024/25 calendar resumes as no players will be allowed to participate in the season if they are not duly and effectively registered within the stipulated transfer window,” The statement added.
