The HSBC SVNs promotion qualifier matches have been finalized ahead of the decisive matches scheduled for Sunday in Madrid.
In these qualifiers, the winners will secure a spot as a core side in the 2025 HSBC SVNs series. Kenya 7s, finishing second in Pool B, will face off against Germany, who secured third place in their pool. The match is scheduled for 6:20 p.m. East African time.
This will be a rematch of the Munich Challenger Series match which Shujaa lost 19-14 and will be keen to avenge the loss to return to the series.
HSBC SVNs qualifiers
Spain, having topped their pool, will take on Canada in their qualifier match. Uruguay, after securing second place in Pool A, will go up against Chile, who claimed third place in Pool B.
Mike Friday’s USA team will clash with Samoa in their qualifier match. The USA had an impressive run, winning all their matches in the pool stage, while Samoa faced defeats in all their matches in Pool B.
