Kabras RFC and KCB Rugby continue to dominate the Kenya Cup standings, holding the top two positions after eight rounds of intense competition.

With a commanding 50-22 victory over Kenya Harlequin in their milestone 150th Kenya Cup match, defending champions Kabras RFC secured another five crucial points, propelling them to the summit with 40 points.

Their flawless season so far includes bonus point victories in every match, underlining their dominance with a remarkable point differential of 504.

Meanwhile, KCB Rugby remain hot on their heels, sitting comfortably in second place with 39 points. Their latest triumph, an impressive eighth consecutive win in Kenya Cup, further solidified their position among the league’s elite, with seven of those victories yielding bonus points.

Menengai Oilers, with their bounce-back performance and bonus point victory, maintain their hold on third place with 33 points, while Kenya Harlequin, despite a setback with their second loss of the season, cling to fourth place with 28 points from six wins.

Blak Blad’s third win of the season significantly boosts their playoff aspirations, placing them fifth on the log with 19 points, closely followed by Nondies with 14 points and Mwamba RFC with renewed momentum.

Nakuru’s recent success propels them to 13 points, while Kisumu RFC face a slight setback, dropping to 11 place. Strathmore Leos’ position slip to 10th, with only four points separating them from the relegation-threatened Catholic Monks, who are fighting to avoid the drop. Homeboyz remain at the bottom with two points, intensifying their battle to climb from the cellar.
