Kenya Cup standings after round 2 matches

After the first two rounds of the Kenya Cup campaign, four teams have secured maximum points, earning bonus-point victories in their opening matches.

Defending champions Kabras RFC maintain the top spot with 10 points, achieving a 40-0 victory over Nondies at Impala Club. This win has propelled Kabras RFC to a point differential of 102.

Former champions KCB Rugby have climbed to the second position on the standings with a point differential of 97. In round two, they secured the largest win, defeating Catholic Monks 79-19.

Menengai Oilers, with a notable 67-0 victory over Mwamba, share the same point differential of 97 as KCB Rugby. Kenya Harlequin occupy the fourth position, boasting a point differential of 89.


Strathmore Leos have moved up to the fifth spot after defeating Blak Blad, although they missed out on a bonus point. Blak Blad have six points after experiencing their first loss of the season.

Kisumu RFC are in the eighth position with one point, while teams yet to secure any points include Homebozy, Mwamba, Nondies, and Catholic Monks.

The Kenya Cup campaign is set to continue next weekend before taking a break for Christmas.
