Wanjala starts as KCB Rugby change 3 for Catholic Monks

KCB Rugby have made three changes to their starting squad ahead of their short trip to Catholic Monks in a Kenya Cup slated for CUEA Karen on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

The tight five is unchanged with  Thomas Okidia, captain Griffin Musila and Wilhite Mususi leading the pack. The second row also retains Kenya U20 lock Andy Cole Omollo and Emmanul Silungi.

Elvis Olukusi and Peter Waitere are joined by Felix Ojoo who has replaced Davis Chenge. The second change is at scrum-half where Samuel Asati paves the way for Michael Wanjala as Brian Wahinya retains his position as the fly-half.

EDITOR’S PICKS 

The midfield pairing retains Bob Muhati and Kenya 7s captain Vincent Onyala with another Kenya 7s player Festus Shiasi coming in for Austin Sikutwa.

Mike Kimwele stays on the right wing while Lionel Ajelity who impressed on his debut after coming in as a late replacement for Darwin Mukidza stays at fullback.

On the bench, Levy Amunga,  Nick Okulo, Wilfred Waswa, and Nelson Nyandat will be waiting to make an impact in the second half.

KCB won their opener against Nondies 45-8 and will be seeking to pick the second consecutive win.
