He says the long holidays and COVID break gave him the opportunity to train more with the club.
“It has not been easy especially with long travelling hours to Kakamega and back to Nairobi for early Monday classes whilst having to maintain the fitness required by the club. Club has had partnerships with different clubs training to maintain my fitness level while at school but the better part of the season found me on a long holiday and was fully in Kakamega,” he stated.
“Also with COVID, we had a whole year of training with schools on a break but then after that, it has been early mornings at national team and then to class while trying to balance both,” he concluded.
