The 2023 Varsity League pools have been announced with 16 teams set to feature in the competition scheduled to kick off on 21 October 2023.
In Pool D, Mean Machine, Technical University of Mombasa, MMUST Rugby and the cooperative University will battle it out.
Varsity League Pool A
The UoE Trojans, an Eldoret-based university team, will play their neighbours Moi University in pool A alongside Maseno University and Kisii University.

In pool B, The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology will face off KCA University, Dedan Kimathi and Meru University.
The Egerton Wasps will play the Technical University of Kenya, their County counterpart Kabarak University and the Catholic University of East Africa in pool C.
