FEASSSA 7s,15s standings after day two matches

Kenyan Champions Koyonzo High School and Vihiga High maintained their 100% win record on day two in the Federation of East Africa Secondary Schools Sports Associations-FEASSSA 7s games played in Huye Rwanda.

Koyonzo stretched their unbeaten run in 2023 as they defeated London College 34-0 in their second match of the day.

Jackson Siketa’s scoring form continued as he landed a hattrick against London College.

He has now taken his tally to five tries in two matches in this competition. He was joined on the scoresheet by Joseph Jibril, Maxwell Kipsang, Brandon Mulefu and Tiberius Ndukusi all with a try each.

Eric Simiyu managed two conversions in the match as the side moved six-point on the log following two wins in the group. Kiira and Kitondo have three points while London College are yet to win in their pool.

Vihiga High School have also maintained a perfect start winning all their matches with their latest match being a 27-0 against Makerere College.

They sit top of their pool with nine points and a point difference of 88 having kept a clean sheet in all their three matches.

Jinja SS have also maintained a perfect run winning all three matches for nine points. St Mary’s Yala, Makerere College and GITISI are yet to win.

The race for the 15s title has been blown wide open following day two results. Butula picked a win that has sent them to the top of the standings with six points following a point in their loss on Sunday to St Antony Kitale and five in Monday’s match.

St Antony Kitale on their part failed to hold on to the top spot after losing 19-16 to All Saints in the second match.

This sees St Anthony drop to second with five points while St Mary’s Kisubi and All Saints have four points each.
