South Coast Pirates RFC have bolstered their squad ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, announcing the signing of three talented Ugandan players as the club aims for promotion to the Kenya Cup.

Leading the trio is Alphonce Otieno, a lock who previously featured for Walukuba Barbarians. In the fly-half position, the Pirates have secured 20-year-old Bryan Titus Wanyangu from Elgon Wolves.

Wanyangu is a product of Friends School Kamusinga. Completing the trio is Robin Phillip Odrua, a 25-year-old outside back capable of playing on the wing or at fullback. Odrua, formerly of Mongers Rugby Club, adds pace to the Pirates’ backline.
