Uganda Rugby Cranes 15s head coach Fred Mudoola has named his final squad for the Rugby Africa Cup quarterfinal clash against Kenya Simbas, set to be played at Nelson Mandela Stadium.
Fullback Philip Wokorach has been handed a starting spot after rejoining the squad following his stint in India’s Rugby Premier League.

He lines up in the back three alongside Adrian Kasito, who features on the left wing after a period in France, and Ivan Otema, who takes the right wing.
The midfield pairing sees Isaac Massanganzira partner with Ian Munyani, while the half-back combination includes Aaron Ofoywroth at scrum-half and Joseph Aredo at fly-half.

In the forwards, Pius Ogena starts at number eight, with Kidega Frank and team captain Byron Oketayot operating on the flanks. The second row will be marshalled by Julius Opio and Sidney Gongodyo.
Up front, the front row features Santos Ssenteza, Nathan Asiimwe, and Maido Fahad.
Uganda will be aiming for a strong performance in front of their home fans as they renew their rivalry with the Simbas in what promises to be a thrilling encounter.
