The Kenya Cup try scoring chart are tight at the top as we enter match day 10 with Derrick Ashihundu still leading the race for the top try scorer.
KCB’s Austine Sikutwa comes in second on the try scoring chart with 10 tries.
Kenya Cup hattrick
Sikutwa who bagged a hattrick over the weekend in their game against Kenya Harlequin, comes in close to Ashihundu with now one try seperating the two.
Ashihundu did not feature for his club Kabras, over the weekend as they won 47-3 against Menengai Oilers.
In the second place Sikutwa ties with Menengai Oilers Beldad Ogeta. Ogeta did not cross the white wash over the weekend as his team did not feature for his side.
The fourth spot has three players sharing the spoils with a total of eight tries.
In form Kabras lock Brian Juma who has scored in all the matches this season except over the weekend, ties with his team mate Lamec Ambetsa who is currently with the Kenya 7s team and did not feature for the team over the weekend.
KCB’s Festus Shiasi also has moved to eight tries.

In the point scoring chart, Kabras’ utility back, Ntabeni Dukisa leads after amassing 97 points. Dukisa has proved to be accurate with the tee this season.
Catholic Monks half back Samuel Omollo comes in second with 72 points.
KCB’s winger Austin Sikutwa comes in third with a total of 63 points. Sikutwa also has the prowess of slotting in points of the tee.
He is closely followed by Cornelius Mokoro of Kenya Harlequin with 60 points. Mokoro has proved to be exceptional this season.
Derrick Ashihundu of Kabras comes in fifth with 55 points. He has also been instrumental for Kabas this season after missing out for close to one and half years on the sidelines due to injury.
