KCB Rugby have a three-point lead at the top of the 2026 National Sevens Circuit Division One standings following the conclusion of the Prinsloo 7s, the opening leg of the series held at Nakuru Athletic Club.
The bankers sit atop the standings with 22 points after lifting the Prinsloo 7s title, while Kenya Cup champions Kabras Sugar RFC are second on 19 points after finishing as runners-up.
Nondescripts RFC occupy third place with 17 points, while Kenya Harlequin FC and Daystar Falcons are tied on 15 points in fourth and fifth respectively.

Hosts Nakuru RFC begin their campaign in sixth position with 12 points, ahead of Blak Blad in seventh on 10 points. MMUST RFC also collected 10 points to sit eighth, separated from Blak Blad on placing.
Further down the table, Strathmore Leos are ninth with 8 points, followed by Menengai Oilers on 7 points.

Mwamba RFC, Impala RFC, and Catholic Monks each earned 5 points, occupying 11th, 12th and 13th places respectively.
NYS Spades begin the season in 14th with 2 points, while newly promoted Kisumu RFC and Embu RFC round off the standings with 1 point apiece.
The circuit now heads to the second leg, where KCB will be looking to maintain their early advantage, while Kabras Sugar, Nondescripts and the chasing pack seek to close the gap in what promises to be another tightly contested National Sevens Circuit season.
