Kenya Rugby Union has confirmed the details for the 2025/26 Kenya Cup final following the conclusion of the semifinals played over the weekend.
Once again, Kakamega Showground, popularly known as The Forest, will host the Kenya Cup final on May 9, 2026, with Kabras Sugar RFC taking on KCB Rugby in a 3:00 p.m. kickoff.
Kabras will host the match by virtue of finishing top of the regular season standings, earning home advantage for the decider.
“The stage is set for the #KenyaCup finals as Kabras Sugar will be hosting KCB on 9th May. A prestigious five-peat is in sight for Kabras as KCB are keen to make a comeback after missing out on the finals last season,” KRU announced.

This will be the fifth time Kakamega Showground hosts the final, having previously staged the 2018/19, 2022/23, 2023/24, and 2024/25 editions, with Kabras winning the last three.
Kabras have now hosted the final for the past six seasons, with two of those played at the Bull Ring and Nandi Bears.
Kabras Sugar RFC are chasing a fifth consecutive Kenya Cup title, while KCB Rugby are looking to end their wait for the crown, having last lifted it in 2021.
