The Kenya Lionesses have unveiled their squad for the 2026 HSBC SVNS2 Nairobi leg, set for February 14–15 at Nyayo Stadium

The squad features a strong blend of experience and youth, with Sheila Chajira captaining and Freshia Oduor serving as vice-captain. Marvel Oswago and Charity Nilah earn their first call-ups after impressive showings.

The selection follows weeks of rigorous preparations, which included a high-performance training camp in Alicante held from January 26 to 31.

The camp focused on sharpening fitness levels, building combinations and refining tactical systems, and played a key role in shaping the final squad.

The Nairobi leg marks a key round of the 2026 SVNS2 season, which will be played over three tournaments, with the top teams on aggregate points progressing to the SVNS World Championship.

Backed by home support at Nyayo Stadium, the Lionesses will be aiming to start their campaign on a strong note.
