Kenya Morans are through to the Africa Men’s 7s second leg fifth place final after a 29-5 victory over Zambia in a match played in Mauritius.
Having been eliminated from Cup contention, Kenya was keen to achieve the best possible finish in the competition as they tackled the Zambians.
The Morans took a 19-0 lead into the break after three tries. Amon Wamalwa, as in previous games, landed the opening try, which was converted for a 7-0 lead.

Kenya stretched the lead when Joel Inzuga crossed over for the second try and then scored a third just before halftime after being set up by Wamalwa.
In the second half, Denis Abukuse raced on to score the fourth try, making it 24-0.
Zambia managed to pull one try back, but Victor Odhiambo sealed the win for Kenya with the final try, resulting in a 29-5 victory.
