South Coast Pirates squad for University of Eldoret match

South Coast Pirates Head Coach Kevin Amiani has revealed his 23-man squad to take on the University of Eldoret RFC.

Abdul Mwaleso will have his first start of the season at the full-back and will be joined by Mwinyi Juma and Brighton Omondi at the wings.

Deven Abuga and Brian Mokua will play as the midfielders. Half-backs will be Anthony Abonyo and their leading points scorer Kelly Akengo. Ibrahim Nyongesa is at position eight.

Charles Okwemba the openside flanker will link with Philip Okoth who will be making his debut as the blind side flanker after being elevated from the reserve team SC Bucaneers.

Ken Wambua and James Ainea will start at the locks. Hooker Sospeter Rofino will join Clinton Machero and Mohammed Hajj who will play as the loose head prop and tight head prop respectively.

The subs will feature Almasi Wachira who will also be making his debut, Newton Okeyo, Timothy Osaji, Collins Kabayo, John Asega, Ali Rashid, Joseph Musyoki, Charles Tendwa and Gilbert Ochieng.
