In the ongoing 2023/24 Eric Shirley Shield campaign, KCB Rugby and Kabras RFC have asserted their dominance, mirroring their success in the Kenya Cup by securing maximum points after five rounds.

Both teams have amassed an impressive 25 points each, gaining bonus points in all their initial matches this season. However, KCB hold the top spot in the standings due to their superior point differential.

They have showcased exceptional performance, scoring 287 points and conceding none.

Kabras, closely following, have accumulated 197 points without conceding, resulting in a point differential of 197. Kenya Harlequin hold the third sport with 20 points while Menengai Oilers and Blad Blad share 19 points each, but Blad Blad lags behind with a lower point differential of 64.

Nondies follow closely with 10 points. Nakuru have secured four points in the season, while Catholic Monks have three points each.

Strathmore Leos have earned two points, Kisumu RFC are yet to collect any points, and at the bottom of the table is Mwamba RFC with a negative point tally of -2. Homeboyz RFC is just above them with -3 points.
