Uganda Cup week two fixtures, venues

The Uganda Cup will continue with its second matchday, with exciting fixtures scheduled to take place across the country after the week one matches which were successfully played.

The second weekend fixture has eight venues with 16 teams all of which will be played at 4 pm.G ulu City Falcons will face Rhinos in Gulu as Lira Bulls will lock horns with Impis at Lira, Mbarara Titans will face Kobs at Mbarara.

The fourth game will be between Plascon Mongers and Warriors which will be played at the Entebe.

At the Kitugum grounds, Kitugum Lions will host Stanbic Black Pirates as Kampani’s Eagles have a date with Toyota Buffaloes in Kintante grounds.

Tooro Lions will play against Platinum Credit Heathens in Fort Portal while Kyambogo hosts Rams in the Kyambogo grounds at 4pm.

The first weekend results saw Heathens put 30 points over past Kyambogo. On the other hand, Kampani’s Eagles managed to beat Stanbic Black Pirates 13-03.

Walukuba Barbarians showed an excellent performance against Tooro Lions scoring them 95-00 while Njeru Hurricane managed to outdo Mbarara Titans after scoring 30-18. The final match of week one was between Elgon Wolves and Kitgum, which ended with Kitgum losing 40-00.
