The World Rugby U20 Trophy’s second round of matches took place on Thursday at Nyayo Stadium.
Spain produced a five-try second stanza to see off hosts Kenya 48-18 in the last of the second round
fixtures at the Nyayo Stadium, Nairobi.

The win means Spain maintain their spot on top of the group on point with a superior point difference. Samoa, who are also on 10 points, had to make a late comeback to pick a 30-27 win against Hong Kong China in a match where they were reduced to 12 men at a point.
Hong Kong are third after picking a bonus point against Samoa while Kenya have to contend
with the bottom on a solitary point, at least until their Hong Kong-China fixture. Kenya who are out of Cup contention will be keen to rise from the bottom.
Spain and Samoa are on course to clash in round three action to decide who heads to the final
Scotland made their promotion case in World U20 Trophy round two action after seeing off
USA 40-13.

Maximum points and convincing wins for the Scots who are keen to make a comeback to the U20 Championship after being relegated in 2019.
USA find themselves without a win after completion of round two to take third on the table
which has Zimbabwe at the bottom after they were outplayed 51-13 by second-placed Uruguay.
Attention now shifts to the last pool matches in round three actions next week on Tuesday, 25 th
July.
