Western Region Schools 15s Pools

Pools for the Western Region Schools Rugby 15s matches set to be held in Busia County have been announced ahead of matches set to take place from 4 April 2023.

The pools feature eight teams divided into two groups, promising a thrilling competition as the teams battle it out for supremacy and a place in the National School games.

Pool A comprises of Busia Counties’ Butula Boys, Western Region defending champions Kakamega School who won in 2019, Vihiga High School and Kimobo.

Pool B features Busia’s Kolanya Boys, Kakamega County Champions Koyonzo High School, Chavakali, and Bungoma High.

The matches will be played in a round-robin format, with each team playing against the others in their pool.

The top teams from each group will then advance to the semi-finals, where they will battle it out for a chance to compete in the finals.
