Rapogi High School have won the Migori County Rugby 15s title following a remarkable 10-0 win over Kameji in a closely contested final.

Both teams had displayed impressive form in the preliminary rounds, with Rapogi recording a comprehensive 59-0 win over Agenga in their opening match.

They followed this up with a dominant 44-0 victory over Isibania to secure a spot in the semis, where they continued their winning ways with a resounding 47-0 triumph over Taranganya.

Kameji also showed their quality by beating Isibania 12-0 in the semis to book their place in the final. However, they were unable to overcome a determined Rapogi side, who put in a solid all-round performance to secure the county title.

Both teams are expected to represent Migori County in the upcoming Nyanza region games, scheduled to take place in Kisii in April.

With their impressive form, they will be hoping to carry this momentum into the regional tournament and make their county proud.
