Maseno school’s Amadi 7s Quarterfinal pairings confirmed

Maseno School’s preseason tournament Amadi 7s will enter the quarterfinals this Sunday with eight teams eyeing a place in the semis.

Hosts Maseno A will take on Ambira in the first quarterfinal, while Agoro Sare will face St. Anthony in the second match.

Butula will lock horns with Kisii, and Maseno B will play against Chebuyusi. The matches are expected to be intense, as the teams battle for a place in the semi-finals.

On day one, Maseno A narrowly defeat St. Anthony 12-10. In the second match, Agoro Sare outplayed Ambira 29-10, while Butula registered a commanding 48-0 victory over Goseta. Maseno B also secured a win, beating Kisii 12-10.

In the second round of matches, St. Anthony bounced back with a convincing 35-7 win over Mukumu, while Ambira narrowly beat Vihiga 5-0. Chebuyusi registered a comfortable 17-0 victory over Goseta, while Maseno A continued their fine form with a 26-0 victory over Mukumu. Agoro Sare also impressed, beating Vihiga 31-7, while Butula recorded the biggest win of the day, beating Chebuyusi 60-0.
