Homeboyz, Strathmore Leos bounce back to winning ways

Homeboyz picked the third win of the season beating Mean Machine 35-7 at Jamhuri Grounds on Saturday.

Oscar Okaron’s charges playing the first match of the year, scored two tries through wingers Leornard Mugaisi and Brian Mutugi with Brian Juma converting the second try for a 12-0 halftime lead.

In the second half, the game opened up more for the Deejays as they added a try through Joe Awori with Juma converting for a 19-0 lead.

Brian Omondi got a seven-pointer for Machine but Homeboyz stretched the lead with Philbert Mwanzo and Mohammed Omollo two more tries that were converted by Juma.

Strathmore Leos also bounced back to winning ways beating Catholic Monks 35-15 in a match played at Madaraka Grounds.

Leos have now won three matches this season.
