Kenya 7s fall to Japan to end London 7s campaign winless

Kenya 7s have ended the London 7s Campaign without a single win after falling 14-5 to Japan in the 13th place semis played at Twickenham Stadium.

Damian McGrath charges will only earn point from this outing. They headed to this match having lost to Ireland, Argentina and South Africa in the group stage.

France handed them the fourth consecutive loss as they dropped to the 13th place playoffs.

In the match against Japan,  Shujaa conceded in the second minute with Timo Fiti Sufia crossing over for a converted try.

Yoshihiro Noguchi doubled the lead in the eighth minute scoring a try that Yoshihiro Noguchi converted for a 14-0 lead.

Archadius Khwesa came of the bench to score his second World 7s Series try but it was not enough for Shujaa to salvage the situation.
