National 7s Circuit standings ahead of Prinsloo 7s

KCB Rugby have maintained the top spot on the National Sevens Circuit standings despite finishing third in the last two tournaments.

The bankers had 22 in Kabeberi 7s, 19 in Christie 7s, and 17 in Drfitwood 7s and Dala 7s. The defending Champions have a total of 75 points with the two tournaments remaining to play.

After back-to-back final appearances in Dala and Driftwood,  Menengai Oilers have moved second on the log with 72 points closing the gap between the bankers to three points.

Strathmore Leos who have failed to go past the quarters in the last two tournaments have moved to third on the standings with 66 points.  Mwamba Rugby Club sit fourth on the standings with 63 points. Dala 7s champions Homeboyz are fifth with 60 points.

Kenya Harlequin are a distant sixth with 36 points while Kabras RFC are on 33 points. Prinsloo 7s hosts Nakuru RFC and  Nondies are tied on 30 points and Daystar University close the top 10 with 25 points.

9/10 Jul: Prinsloo 7s, Nakuru Athletic Club, Nakuru

16th/17th  July: Kakamega 7s, The Bull Ring, Kakamega
