Former Vihiga High School fly-half Felix Apwoka has completed a move to KRU Championship side Daystar Falcons after an impressive rise through the school rugby ranks.

Apwoka joins the Falcons from Western Bulls, having first made his name at Vihiga High School where he played a pivotal role in the team’s successful campaign that culminated in the national title and qualification for the East Africa Secondary School Games.

A dependable fly-half with an excellent kicking game, Apwoka was instrumental throughout Vihiga’s run, regularly contributing crucial points from the boot while also controlling matches with his game management.

His performances earned him a move to Western Bulls, and he will now be hoping to continue his development at Daystar Falcons.

The highly-rated youngster is expected to strengthen the Falcons’ backline as they prepare for the upcoming Kenya Cup season.

Meanwhile, Kenya Cup side Nondescripts RFC have confirmed four additions as they continue shaping their squad for the 2026/27 campaign.
