Nondies name Charlton Mokua in squad to face Menengai Oilers

Nondies have released their matchday squad ahead of a high-stakes clash against the Menengai Oilers set for the Ngong Racecourse.

Captain Tony Owuor set to lead from the back of the scrum. Up front, Elisha Koronya, Frank Mutuku and Ken Nyakundi form the front row, a unit expected to lay a solid platform at scrum time.

Bill Abuom and Charlton Mokua pair up in the second row. The back row sees Charles Omondi and Fred Shisia slot in on the flanks, with Owuor anchoring at number eight.

At halfback, vice-captain Ronnie Omondi partners Calvin Sheunda in a combination tasked with dictating play and managing territory. Out wide, Ian Odhiambo and Nyaenya Moseti provide pace on the wings, while Maxwell Omondi and Victor Rogena marshal the midfield.

Fidens Tony starts at fullback. The bench features Zachary Maroa, James Kubasu, Eric Shimoli, Ryan Odua, Steven Odhiambo, Rodgers Omanyi, Charles Odhiambo and Geoffrey Magoro.

The side will be guided by head coach Moses Wanyaga, assisted by Francis Ndonga, with strength and conditioning handled by Shamia Mike. Samora Nicholas and Kevin Were take charge of player welfare as part of the medical team.
