Kevin Amiani coached side Mombasa Rugby Club have named their squad for the 2026 Dala 7s, with the coastal side set to make its debut in this season’s National Sevens Circuit.
The club, which did not feature at last weekend’s season-opening Prinsloo 7s in Nakuru, will begin its campaign in Kisumu as the circuit heads to the Jomo Kenyatta International Stadium for the second leg on August 1-2.
Newton Malenya will captain the side, which also includes Ben Wesonga, Kim Kuloba, Bilal Mulako, Ezra Mumbo, Ian Wasike, Brian Maina, Dennis Wechuli, Collins Amayo, Hannington Mbaka, Dennis Njaguru, Kevin Chege and Jared Osindi.

Mombasa Rugby have been drawn in a competitive Pool B, where they will face Kenya Harlequins, Menengai Oilers and KU Blak Blad in their opening National Sevens Circuit campaign.
The team’s technical bench will be led by Kevin Amiani as head coach, assisted by Paul Charo (Strength and Conditioning Coach), Eric Khamusali (Team Physio) and Absalom Mugubi (Team Manager).
