2026 Kakamega County Schools 7s games are slated for Booker Academy 7s with six pools confirmed ahead of the tournament set to kick off on Thursday, June 18.
Defending champions Musingu High School headline Pool C as they begin their title defence, while 2025 finalists and East African Champions St Peter’s Mumias will be aiming to go one better this year after failing to star in 15s.
Last year’s third-place finishers Koyonzo Secondary School have been drawn in Pool A, while fourth-placed Kakamega School will compete in Pool F as several traditional rugby powerhouses battle for early supremacy.

Musingu, who lifted the title after an impressive campaign last year, will face Kilimani, Mabole and Samitsi in Pool C. Runners-up St Peter’s have been placed in Pool B alongside Emwiru, Soy and Shieywe.
Koyonzo, who secured a podium finish in 2025, lead Pool A and will come up against Mautuma, Libunu and Shamberere. Meanwhile, Kakamega School will have to navigate Pool F featuring Malava, Lumakanda and Isongo.
