Kakamega School will face Butere High School in one of the semi-final clashes of the Kakamega County Schools Rugby 15s after an emphatic performance in the quarterfinals where they eliminated archrivals Musingu High School in style.
The Barbarians produced one of the standout results of the tournament, thrashing Musingu 60-9 to underline their title credentials. The victory continued their remarkable scoring form, with Kakamega hitting the 60-point mark for the third time in the competition. Their free-flowing attacking rugby proved too much for Musingu, who struggled to contain the relentless waves of pressure.
The dominant win not only secured Kakamega a place in the last four but also ensured they knocked out their long-time rivals in convincing fashion, setting up a mouthwatering semi-final encounter against Butere.

Butere booked their semi-final ticket after brushing aside Koyonzo High School 31-3 in another impressive display. Mukumu Boys High School also made a strong statement in the quarterfinals with a commanding 31-0 victory over Lubinu.
St. Peters Mumias completed the semi-final lineup following a clinical 22-0 win against Kilimani Secondary School. The results now set up two exciting semi-final fixtures as teams battle for a place in the county final.
