The winners and runners-up from each pool will advance to the semifinals and earn a spot in the 2025 event.

The Challenger Series, introduced in February 2020, aims to enhance the development of rugby sevens globally and provide a clear pathway for promotion to the top level of the sport.

The 2024 edition featured events in Dubai, Montevideo, Krakow, and Munich, contributing to the growth of rugby sevens since its introduction as an Olympic sport in the Rio 2016 Games.
