Nakuru RFC have released their 23-man squad that will battle with on-form Mwamba RFC on Saturday 9th March 2024.

Up to 3 changes have been made from the team that played Nondies at NAC last Saturday. Notable changes include return of skipper Amos Obae who will don the number six jersey. His return pushes Felix Okoth to openside flank.

Javan Otieno also gets the nod at fullback coming in for Roy Nandwa. Brian Kimani also returns and has been named as the starting inside centre replacing Victor Matiko who moves to the bench.

The front row remains unchanged as Felix Omondi, Emmanuel Mboya and Mike Mare retain their positions. Barry Opondo and Philip Kwame continue with their partnership in the engine room.

Fredrick Odongo has been named at fly-half and will work in tandem with James Macharia who is at scrum-half.

The back three features vice captain Hannington Wabwire who will man the right wing, in the left wing is Gramwel Bunyasi as Javan Otieno starts at fullback.

The replacements include Eric Nyangoya, Caleb Malemo, Jamleck Karani, Derrick Sorre, Victor Matiko and Habbakuk Ouma.
