The Prescott Cup National Schools 15s matches will enter the semi-final stage on Sunday 30 October 2022 at RFUEA Grounds.
Four sides are still in contention for the title with Western Champions Vihiga, Nairobi Champions Ofafa Jericho and Nyanza Champions Kisii having all booked places in the final four.
Vihiga Unbeaten
Vihiga were unbeaten in the group stages thanks to a 26-3 win over Mang’u. In the second match, Sebastian Ochieng’s charges got a 22-7 win over Jomo Kenyatta and finished top in their pool with a 34-0 win over Kangaru.
They are scheduled to face Nairobi Champions Ofafa Jericho who finished second in their pool. Ofafa had lost to Kisii but bounced back with wins against Utumishi and Maseno.
Kisii who topped Pool A with maximum points have a date against Jomo Kenyatta. Kisii saw off Ofafa with 13-12 and followed with another narrow 8-6 win over Maseno. Their final match of the pool stage saw them defeat Utumishi.
